Changing the way that people perceive "different"!

Stephen Torres-Esquer, otherwise known as Mr. Stephen (Steh-Fin), is a Special Education Specialist, Public Speaker, Content Creator, and Founder of "The Direction: Ability Advocates", a community group placing people with different abilities into public positions of leadership.

He has intentionally and strategically built his brand with a show business mindset, merging education and ABILITY with entertainment and pop culture.

While this influencer-like approach to education and advocacy may be unconventional, the goal is to create access for people inside and outisde of the professional, scholarly communities. 

In order to cause change on a larger scale, it is crucial that we appeal to the general public --this means families, business owners, community members, and people who would otherwise never even think about disABILITY.
